Happy Hips & Open Heart with Jeannette

Explore a variety of poses that focus on releasing the hips as well as the muscles that work in conjunction with the hips, including the quads, hamstrings and psoas muscles.
We'll hold the poses longer to allow for deeper opening and release of emotional, mental and physical blockage. Heart-opening poses will be included throughout class, allowing for release in the upper back.
